i dont get it
It is 3a in Champaign right now. It is snowing, and has been consistently since about 6p this evening. The outside world looks like a very pretty and delicate winter wonderland.
I dont understand why majority of the girls who live in the sorority next door to me are all leaving the sorority dressed in white dresses and walking towards the quad…
where are they going?
I dont understand...

getting back to normal
My study is almost completely over. It has been the most chaotic month I have ever had. The animal study is done, so now its just dealing with samples and lab work <- much easier.
I really need a vacation.

So i have decided...
I have decided to start some sort of martial art. I am going to try and join one of the clubs on campus in the fall, when the new semester starts. I have never done martial arts before, but I like the combination of physical activity, self-defense, and self-control (through mind/body) that it all entails. It seems right up my alley.

I miss those days...
I miss those sunny days when I was 16 and spent hours outside in the sun, tanning and listening to Coldplay. Now, Im stuck in an office analyzing numbers….:(

Unofficial
Today is the start of Unofficial St. Patricks day on U of I campus. Ive never celebrated it…mostly because I cared more about possibly losing my job (I worked for campus housing which is extremely against it…so if they find anyone celebrating it, even if you are over 21, you will be fired) then a night of drunken ruin. Matt and I made a pizza!
Whole wheat crust, pineapple salsa, soyrizo (vegetarian chorizo), and chihuahua cheese….I CANT WAIT TO EAT IT!

Im watching “The Pregnancy Pact” on Lifetime as I write. This movie is ridiculous. If my future daughter got pregnant at 15 to keep her skeezy high-school bf in town I would flip my shit.

In other news, I had a very nice day shopping in at the Tanger outlets in Tuscola. I got a new pair of jeans! My first pair of skinny jeans for $8! huzzah!

I have about 1/2 of my slides done. It only took me 4 hours yesterday and 2 hours today. That means I have another 6 hours of work ahead of me…hot damn.
